This would be very useful as it almost created a tragic guest experience.

Any change done to the booking must be captured on the activity log. It's critical when investigating issues.

It would also be helpful to have an undo delete on the activity log. If you delete an important guest note then you could go to the activity log and undo delete.

Under Activity Log, be more specific on what was modified. At the moment, it shows that it has been “Created/Modified” but it doesn’t give details on what happened. This can be VERY useful.
