Set cleaning unit estimates based on section or room size

In Web Housekeeping, assigning cleaning units apply the same value for a specific room type even if the rooms belong to different Sections. Some rooms of the same room type have different sizes and area, hence they have different estimates for Cleaning. Please add the ability to assign different cleaning units based on section.
