Ideas for RoomKeyPMS

The goal of this portal is to:

  1. Collect your suggestions and ideas on RoomKeyPMS features
  2. To better understand your priorities   
  3. Review your ideas when planning the RoomKeyPMS roadmap  
  4. Update you on the features being considered and implemented in future releases

Place multiple rooms out of service at one time

It would be nice to be able to select multiple rooms to put out of order versus going into each room number and placing it out of order. These would be very helpful when we need to place multiple rooms out of order for carpet cleaning, a/c cleaning or remodeling, the first two we do 2 to 3 times a year. Right now if we put them out of order and something changes it can be a nightmare having to go into room maintenance and selecting each room individually and making adjustments. Hope this makes sense. Thanks.
