We often have guests wanting to book between the hours of midnight and 3am, so we do not roll our business day until 3am. However, at midnight, RoomKey rolls the arrivals and departures in the system. Any online bookings are rejected from the system and can only be manually entered if we receive an integration failure notification. If the system does not roll until 3am, can my arrivals and departures not roll dates also until 3am?
