Ideas for RoomKeyPMS

The goal of this portal is to:

  1. Collect your suggestions and ideas on RoomKeyPMS features
  2. To better understand your priorities   
  3. Review your ideas when planning the RoomKeyPMS roadmap  
  4. Update you on the features being considered and implemented in future releases

Note: Ideas submitted to this portal are for collaboration and brainstorm for future releases.  This portal is monitored but it not to be utilized as a support ticket system.  We will facilitate a professional code of conduct to create meaningful discussion around product development. option to add tags to bookings so it will show on Tape chart with the tag. Ex: Pet, High Floor Request etc

A way we can add another category to "Show Icon" list on the tape chart.

Some of our guests bringing Pets and we allocate Pet Friendly rooms in advance, and we would like to see the Guests with Pets in the tape chart, if possible.

    We add reservation notes for things like upper level requested, pet room, needs downstairs, etc.. Works great and you can still see (with the "show details" checkbox) when you need to move someone to a different room on the tape chart.


    E.g. someone wants to extend their stay so we need to move the person coming in that day to another room - we'll see from reservation notes if we need to keep them upstairs, downstairs, pet friendly room, etc.
