Ideas for RoomKeyPMS

The goal of this portal is to:

  1. Collect your suggestions and ideas on RoomKeyPMS features
  2. To better understand your priorities   
  3. Review your ideas when planning the RoomKeyPMS roadmap  
  4. Update you on the features being considered and implemented in future releases

Blocked Rooms

 

When rooms are blocked for a group,but not booked yet, have those rooms show as a different color in tape chart. That way you can see a a glance that something is goin on, like a maintenance block.

    We do a release every 56 days and based on the needs of all our customers this feature idea will go into our product planning process.

    We get a lot of group bookings and unless you go to make a new reservation and see your inventory is 0 you cannot tell that the rooms are not available. This would be a huge help to our motel.

    This is a good idea!  It would allow me to set aside specific rooms for a group (like a sports team) without having to make reservations to hold specific rooms.
