Each and every time we try to print a guest folio at checkout, it pops up a message asking “Do you want to print folios for all departures?”, which I think an unnecessary step.
When we are working on a particular reservation and we command to system to print guest folio for that particular reservation, why we should need to print folios for all other reservations! .
Our agents by mistakenly select “Yes” most of the time and it is a waste of paper as we do approximately 60 / 70 checkouts every day.
