Ideas for RoomKeyPMS

The goal of this portal is to:

  1. Collect your suggestions and ideas on RoomKeyPMS features
  2. To better understand your priorities   
  3. Review your ideas when planning the RoomKeyPMS roadmap  
  4. Update you on the features being considered and implemented in future releases

Guest Share Arrival/ In-house status

Is it possible to address guest shares differently? Currently, even if they are not physically in-house, guest shares are defined as such if the first guest has checked in. Realistically, it would be better if they were still on the arrival report, and could be checked in as an individual guest rather than as a room. We have many groups and this feature is critical to the functionality of varying arrival times/dates.

Also, the regular search feature does not allow for free form search for arriving shares, so if you select "Reservation", you get no data. You would need to select "in-house" in order to get a result (but that's not accurate OR intuitive).  If you used Advanced Search, you get results with last name, but the guest still appears as "in-house" status.

    We do a release every 56 days and based on the needs of all our customers this feature idea will go into our product planning process.
