Ideas for RoomKeyPMS

The goal of this portal is to:

  1. Collect your suggestions and ideas on RoomKeyPMS features
  2. To better understand your priorities   
  3. Review your ideas when planning the RoomKeyPMS roadmap  
  4. Update you on the features being considered and implemented in future releases

Add Upselling and Enhancement details to Reservation Notes

When a guest upgrades their room and/or adds a service enhancement to their booking during Mobile Pre-Arrival Check-In; it would be useful to have the Upselling/Enhancement details appear in the Reservation Note (alongside the other mobile check-in notes like ETA, CC preference, etc.).

When a guest arrives and they ask the FD Agent to confirm these details, the agent needs to look at the Mobile Notification "Task" in the Message Centre. It would be easier to find/view this information in the Res Note on the reservation.
