Stop the automatic sending of confirmations every time we move a room or add a service to it.

Some times guest have us make several changes then change their minds but with every change it sends a new confirmation. I almost always get a call back by the guest confused and sometimes angry as to which is the correct one. I would like us to have to send the updated confirmation on the reservation when it is completed by us.
