Request the ability to add a tax summary to the City Ledger account Statement template, similar to what appears on the default invoice template. A business uses direct-billing (city ledger transfers) and they require a monthly statement to be sent to their billing department with a summary of the taxes direct-billed to their account, however the account statement only displays a total amount owed.
In the custom template editor, tax fields are available for the Invoice Template, but they are not available for the Statement Template. Therefore staff have to create a new invoice and manually transfer charges to the new invoice; this is time consuming, prone to errors and causes and inconvenience for the business/client.
