The goal of this portal is to:

We would like to charge resort fees only on certain rate plans

We would like to charge daily resort fees on our eres reservations. At this point, we have to charge all rate plans and that's not what we want to do with our property. We can put it in as a mandatory fee, but only want it on our Eres reservations. to attach automatically. We can add them after, but the confirmation that is sent immediately after the guest confirms,does not include the resort fee, so then there is discrepancy and guest dissatisfaction. We are really wanting to make this happen. The resort fees are a crucial part of our business

    Morning,

    If you are doing the Resort Fee for all eRes bookings, you can create a Room Charge Code like "RCHERES" => attach Guest Service to it => and attach Room Charge Code to your eRes Client Type.  Then internally you can use a different default Room Charge Code and only attach the fee when necessary.
