Ideas for RoomKeyPMS

The goal of this portal is to:

  1. Collect your suggestions and ideas on RoomKeyPMS features
  2. To better understand your priorities   
  3. Review your ideas when planning the RoomKeyPMS roadmap  
  4. Update you on the features being considered and implemented in future releases

Note: Ideas submitted to this portal are for collaboration and brainstorm for future releases.  This portal is monitored but it not to be utilized as a support ticket system.  We will facilitate a professional code of conduct to create meaningful discussion around product development. Check in and check out button that will allow you to choose all green lighted customers.

Hit a Check out button and a list of all the customers checking out that day appears with a tick box checked in green next to each customer.  This green ticked box tells you and the system that these customers have been posted and are ready to be checked out.    ALSO..... Create a CHECK ALL TICK BOX,  to select all green lighted customers. one click and system checks all customers in seconds!!!! leaves red ticked customers there for user to fix, see below....

In the same list above any customers that have not been green lighted, or have not been posted... put a RED TICK BOX next to there name, letting the user know they must post the payment before the system will let them check them out. When this happens, have the user click on the problem customers name next to the red tick box and it will open to the post a payment screen, the user then post the payment and the system brings the user back to the check out list and now the tick box goes to Green and allows the user to check him out!

By creating this it will save a lot of time for the front desk person, Imagine having a 60 to 100 unit property and having to check out every customer one by one!! IT TAKES HOURS!!
