Ideas for RoomKeyPMS
The goal of this portal is to:
- Collect your suggestions and ideas on RoomKeyPMS features
- To better understand your priorities

we currently just type a marker after the guest last name in the system. It isnt the ideal solution because now our guest profiles for data and marketing purposes are messed up. Example: Dana Smith (DNM)
This would be extremely beneficial, please consider creating this.

On the room assignment section of the Guest Info tab, there is a Lockoff box. I assume this it to lock off the room number to the reservation but it doesn't work. Maybe this should just be activated.
This feature is crucial for room blockings. Please add it!

This is huge. We have a lot of VIP guests and repeat guests that request a certain room number. Our old system let us do this. Sad that RoomKey doesn't have the option.

Agreed! We are writing it in the notes field, but it doesn't stop a drag and drop on the tape chart.
