This is a basic PMS feature and have come across many systems that has this, they call it internal flag, trace report, etc. It basically allows us to endorse tasks for a particular booking for future dates. So daily, we can check what are the things to do for the day (whether for inhouse, checked out or future arrivals) and no task will be missed. Currently, we need to manually check each booking to read endorsements.
