Report date ranges shown on report window

The available reports have varying maximum date ranges. I think it would be handy to have the date range limits noted on the date pop-up.

It's a little cumbersome when you enter in a date range that exceeds the maximum, because you have to navigate back through the report menus after clicking out of the error. Having the parameters noted would save some frustration when running some of our more infrequent reports.
