The goal of this portal is to:

Sales/Guest Reports Emailed Automatically To Management after Night Audit as a PDF

After Night Audit has completed, it would be convenient if the system could automatically generate and email a GM's Report or Daily Sales Report to a list of email recipients. This report could include the standard metrics of occupancy percentage, ADR, RevPAR, total room revenue, etc... Preferably with month and year-to-date totals as well as previous year's statistics. This report could be automatically sent to a list of email addresses for key operational roles within the hotel, such as GM, Guest Services Manager, Controller, etc... I check my email first thing when I wake up in the morning, it is nice to have the convenience and immediacy of the report waiting in my inbox and visible on my phone. If this could be done with one report, perhaps a setting within the PMS could allow one to have a next-day's arrivals list, next-day's departures list, current Daily Sales Report, current guest listing, and other reports sent automatically to management during the Night Audit process.
