Ideas for RoomKeyPMS

The goal of this portal is to:

  1. Collect your suggestions and ideas on RoomKeyPMS features
  2. To better understand your priorities   
  3. Review your ideas when planning the RoomKeyPMS roadmap  
  4. Update you on the features being considered and implemented in future releases

Profile/Do not rent list

Would be nice to be able to put in a guest name and have the profile populate while making the reservation instead of having to search for it.  One of the reasons this would be useful, is when you have had problem customers, you are then able to put notes in their profiles that they are a "do not rent" customer.  The do no rent note would pop up in their profile every time they tried to check in with that first and last name.  Would be much easier if it wasn't only available in the search option but also if you typed in the name (ex:  Michael Burns) anyone with that name that has stayed at your property pops up, with any (notes) from previous stays.

How would you rate the importance of this idea? Would help but is not 100% necessary

    I agree, you are also able to book a room if you create and new reservation for the guest and search. It shows up in the guest profile but doesn't highlight it and you are still able to book it.
