Ideas for RoomKeyPMS

The goal of this portal is to:

  1. Collect your suggestions and ideas on RoomKeyPMS features
  2. To better understand your priorities   
  3. Review your ideas when planning the RoomKeyPMS roadmap  
  4. Update you on the features being considered and implemented in future releases

Maid Service (M/S) icon for house keeping

It would be good to have a different color for stay overs who would require just a maid service rather than same color for that of a guest who is departing. This can help streamline with the daily scheduling and room assignments of house keepers. This would show which area needs more attention for check-outs and less time for stay overs/maid services.

    Thanks for the feedback. An indication for stay over has been mentioned a couple of times so it is in our backlog of ideas and we think it makes sense. In terms of colours, this may not be the solution as we have to be mindful of accessibility rules and ensure that everyone can see and make out the differences. Either way, the concept of making the differences with stayovers where less effort is required visible to the user is duly noted. The team is working on refining our product roadmap is this would be likely to fall into the next phase of Housekeeping work: the roadmap is available at roadmap.roomkeypms.com.
