It is important to be able to transfer amounts from one folio to another for the purpose of the guest having only one bill. Instead of having to check out one folio and then check them out again in another folio because the decided to stay longer and choose a different room. All hotel systems I have worked with has this capability except this one. Also when guests call in to cancel a room they have previously booked and we want to keep their deposit we need to be able to transfer their deposit to a house account or city ledger account so we are able to print off a confirmation letter that doesn't say we are owing them the deposit back. Can we look into it so we can make life easier on us and on our guests. please and thank you
