There is currently no way to prevent overselling roll-away beds or cribs in RoomKey. Suppose there are only 10 on property, RoomKey should track this. If the Front Desk attempts to sell an 11th roll-away bed, the system prompts that no more are available. This could be added to the item setup in the "Services" tab in the reservation window.
