The goal of this portal is to:

.pdf format for e-mails confirmations and Guest Folios

Often Guests request that confirmations or checked out folios be e-mailed to their business/work e-mail address.  Many anti-malware programs will not allow html attachments to be opened, and the text version of the documents is often messy or garbled.

Could you provide a third .pdf option on the pop up screen when e-mailing these sorts of documents? This would save a lot of printing - scanning - e-mailing episodes.
