With the PCI compliance, we can no longer list the company card that is used to settle their weekly/monthly charges in notes. There should be the option within a companys' profile to list the credit card associated with the account.

This should be addressed. I book catering events for weekends and get the CC # on paper, but it's stored on a password protected server, where the front desk cannot access the card to charge after the event is completed on the same day. There should be a way of storing the CC #'s with secure encryption on City Ledger.
How can the system not show guest names on house accounts and the ledger does not offer a spot for credit cards to be saved? You cannot use the group or ledger comments either, because being pci compliant, the system recognizes the credit card and prompts you with a message. Should we just take a step back in time and start storing credit card numbers in our paper files? So much for pci compliance.
