This is easily the biggest flaw in room key. Not a single client of our hotel has accepted an original receipt because "it does not contain guest names" - The confirmation number is static and it is also directly connected to a guest - not having that information on a folio, automatically makes the folio useless. I have consulted different hotels in the area and every single one of them had the same exact complain. We are advised by customer service to use the direct bill mode; which works great, but we would like to reserve the ledger for ACTUAL DIRECT BILLS. Our Gm has contacted development and customer service. This is embarrassing.
