During busy or nearly sold out periods we find some locations end up oversold due to room moves / switches due to extending stays. Right now we can't find out what caused the oversold or even if someone extended their stay or changed room blocks easily. This becomes an issue when a group has blocked certain room types that are changed by another agent in order to extend and in-house guest when they should not do so.
