for hotels which take payment in advance it would be great to have a follow up date on the reservation. Then you would simple print a follow up report each day so you would know to take payments and follow up on wholesalers/groups with outstanding payments

Would recommend assigning a Task on the reservation => the date can be set and it can be assigned to clerks for follow up.
