Ideas for RoomKeyPMS

The goal of this portal is to:

  1. Collect your suggestions and ideas on RoomKeyPMS features
  2. To better understand your priorities   
  3. Review your ideas when planning the RoomKeyPMS roadmap  
  4. Update you on the features being considered and implemented in future releases

Widen search option for unbalanced folios

When running audit and seeing that my numbers are off searching for an unbalanced folio can be hard.  Especially if not caught right away and you have to back track or look forward for it with no specific date in mind.  I would ask to widen the search parameters to six months or even a year, not just by month.  It would really help run down any problem folios for auditors and management alike.

    Morning,

    Reports => Audits => Unbalanced Folios => you can set the date parameters to go back as far as 1 year.
