Ideas for RoomKeyPMS

The goal of this portal is to:

  1. Collect your suggestions and ideas on RoomKeyPMS features
  2. To better understand your priorities   
  3. Review your ideas when planning the RoomKeyPMS roadmap  
  4. Update you on the features being considered and implemented in future releases

City Ledger Updates

* Ability to send all statements in oustanding city ledgers in one, rather than having to access each ledger individually. This takes a lot of time,

* Being able to select several invoices in one city ledger accounts to email in one go rather than having to send each individually.

* Statements/Invoices emailed to Clients in PDF format

* General Ledger for City Ledger Clients - showing all invoices in a time range with oustanding OR zero balances. This helps show clients what has been paid and what is still oustanding.

    Thanks for the feedback.  Flexibility and configurability in respect of printing is something that is a core part of our thinking with any new reporting functionality in new RoomKeyPMS. This would encompass formats, methods of distribution and ensuring this meets the requirements of our clients.
