We are using booking.com to increase our occupancy; Roomkey does not accept reservations with chinese characters, forcing the reservation to be emailed and entered manually. This then risks the possibility of overselling b/c if the res comes in overnight and we are close to being sold out, this manual res has not been entered b/c of the time difference.
