In house screen - Mass charge posting

At my property we have to manually post parking charges, every night, one by one. I suggest implementation of something similar to the group rooming list, but for all rooms in house. You would select all the rooms you want to apply the charges to, select the folio numbers, select the specific charge, put a checkbox for "same amount", and then mass post them all. This would drastically reduce the time posting charges. Alternatively there could be an option to CTRL click or select multiple guests rooms options, hit post charges and add a checkbox or prompt that says " for all the guests rooms selected?"

How would you rate the importance of this idea? Would help but is not 100% necessary

Thank you for you suggestion, however, we currently have Guest Services that can be used to schedule charges per day automatically.  Have you used/or know about this functionality? (here is the Support Page for reference: http://support.roomkeypms.com/m/47804/c/163902)

I understand that charges can be automatically posted on a daily basis. However, we manually post parking charges that could or could not be a reoccurring charge. Say for example a guest parks with us one night then uses a garage the next. We wouldn't want a reoccurring charge. I use an in house list then go into a key drawer and put a check mark by each guest that has a vehicle. I then go back into room key and go down the list and post parking for each guest. Instead of having to go on to each individual folio and post the charge we could cherry pick which guests would get that charge, saving time.
