I love the Room Not Ready function, but it would be nice if it made the reservations bold, italics or another color, so all agents can tell they are waiting( especially since shift change can happen before guaranteed check-In). When the room is turned to clean/inspected, it would be great if it would flash to catch our eye, prompting us to reach out to the guest as soon as the room is ready.

Currently on the Arrivals Screen, we have colour coding for status:
- Room Number Green = Clean and Inspected
- Room Number Yellow = Clean but not inspected
- Room Number Black = Dirty
