Ideas for RoomKeyPMS

The goal of this portal is to:

  1. Collect your suggestions and ideas on RoomKeyPMS features
  2. To better understand your priorities   
  3. Review your ideas when planning the RoomKeyPMS roadmap  
  4. Update you on the features being considered and implemented in future releases

Late Fees in Guest Services

If clerks were able to add the "late fee charge" at the beginning of the reservation and it would automatically charge the late fee to the guest after they had rolled over their departure date. It would free up a lot of manual entry that currently takes place when charging late fees to existing guests.
