Ideas for RoomKeyPMS

The goal of this portal is to:

  1. Collect your suggestions and ideas on RoomKeyPMS features
  2. To better understand your priorities   
  3. Review your ideas when planning the RoomKeyPMS roadmap  
  4. Update you on the features being considered and implemented in future releases

When setting up Corporate from Operations -> Corporate, could we have a seperate tab to put in notes about the Corporate, which will then pop up or populate in the reservation when making reservations after selecting said code?

We often set up corporate accounts which have specific rates and amenities set up for a set period of time, which the guests or employees of that corporation can call in at leisure to book.  It would be extremely helpful if an agent can get the name of the corporate account, select it and have all the specifics of the corporate account pop up (ie. rates, what amenities included, only offered between such and such period).

    I think having a notes tab in corporate would be very helpful. This could also help the sales to have notes valid to follow-up.
