Add the pop-up option to view Res Notes and Guest Notes in the Guest Check-in Window at the beginning of the check-in process (not after the process completes). Or at least add a button to the Check-in Window like the View Guest button. For instance, at our hotel, many times the Res notes will inform us whether to ask for a credit card, use the credit card on file, or take the guest's card only for incidentals. The window popping up after the fact is not helpful.
