It would be nice to be able to track repeat (loyal) customers to be able to offer incentives. i.e. a free night stay after 10 nights or room upgrade or free meal, etc.

Currently we have decided to focus on partnerships to provide loyalty functionality. One option is to work with Voila as the loyalty provider that interfaces with RoomKeyPMS. We are also currently working with TravelClick and integrating to their CRM product which supports loyalty offers (For a snapshot of our roadmap go to http://roadmap.roomkeypms.com/). Right now RoomKeyPMS does allow you to collect and store loyalty numbers and then there is an option in "Guest Profile" to export this for use in other systems.
