Ideas for RoomKeyPMS

The goal of this portal is to:

  1. Collect your suggestions and ideas on RoomKeyPMS features
  2. To better understand your priorities   
  3. Review your ideas when planning the RoomKeyPMS roadmap  
  4. Update you on the features being considered and implemented in future releases

Room Number on Folio Line Items

Add a feature to show the room number on each line item. This helps to easily track room changes and charges attributed to a particular room in a room change situation. For instance, if a guest  was in one room on the first and second night, but moved to a different room on the third night, all transactions relating to the first room should show that room number and all transactions relating to the new room should show that room number.

 

Posting Example:

7/1/15  Room Charge 111  $100.00
7/2/15  Room Charge 111  $100.00

7/2/15  Parking Charge 111  $30.00

7/3/15  Room Charge 321   $100.00
7/3/15  Parking Charge 321  $30.00

    Thank you for your suggestion!  We have been looking at better ways to track Room Moves overall in the system.

    We do a release every 56 days and based on the needs of all our customers this feature idea will go into our product planning process.
