Ideas for RoomKeyPMS

The goal of this portal is to:

  1. Collect your suggestions and ideas on RoomKeyPMS features
  2. To better understand your priorities   
  3. Review your ideas when planning the RoomKeyPMS roadmap  
  4. Update you on the features being considered and implemented in future releases

Create different levels of VIP status

most hotels have different levels of VIP and / or want to be able to id guests who have been there before by an arrivals report

 

 

Is there a way that  you can help create different guest VIP levels and flag in other colors.

I'm looking to have 3 VIP levels
RG , VIP, VVIP and VVVP.

VVVIP highlighted in green (current) extremely important
Example; president of the united state.

VVIP blue (new) moderately important.
Example; senior/managing director of a company

VIP red (new) not that important but special attention guest.
Example; celebrating a birthday

 

RG, trigger the Guest Service agent to " Welcome Back" upon check in.
