Ideas for RoomKeyPMS

The goal of this portal is to:

  1. Collect your suggestions and ideas on RoomKeyPMS features
  2. To better understand your priorities   
  3. Review your ideas when planning the RoomKeyPMS roadmap  
  4. Update you on the features being considered and implemented in future releases

Start reservation from inventory screen

The inventory screen (F12) is SUPER handy for quoting rates and availability over the phone. It is very similar to what was available in our old PMS.

One thing that RoomKey is missing, however, is the ability to start a reservation from this screen. 

I recommend being able to click, or drag on a cell in the matrix to initiate a reservation screen that matches the date and room type that was clicked or dragged over.

How would you rate the importance of this idea? Would help but is not 100% necessary

    Even adding the ability to highlight the days in the inventory view and a "create reservation" button at the top would work. Maybe a right click context menu also.
