Be able to print out individual folios for Guests and Guest Shares which
shows the equally split room charges itemized each night. Right now, the
room charges only show on folio 1 up until checkout, even if the "Split
Room Charges Equally" function is selected. The total of the room charges
are split at checkout and half is applied to folio 2. This shows as one
charge, rather than showing a charge for each night, which our military
guests require. Another issue with this is that by adding up each night's
half room charge into one charge for the Guest Share, the tax calculation
totals differently than by individual night, causing one roommate to be
charged more than the other. At this point, the Zero Balance (Express
Check-out) feature does not even apply the shared room charges prior to
check-out, so we are unable to use that feature to have rooms with Guest
Shares prepay their bill.
