Currently when guests cancel, they are able to view a cancellation screen however they do not receive a cancellation email. Guests should receive a cancellation email that can be customized and that also includes a link so they can make another booking at that time or at a future time. The resort should be notified of cancellations via a "cc" email so that required refunds can be dealt with promptly.
