Ideas for RoomKeyPMS

The goal of this portal is to:

  1. Collect your suggestions and ideas on RoomKeyPMS features
  2. To better understand your priorities   
  3. Review your ideas when planning the RoomKeyPMS roadmap  
  4. Update you on the features being considered and implemented in future releases

Specify different arrival/departure dates for guest shares

Be able to specify which room charges are split between roommates, and
which are not shared. This is a necessity for our military guests that
arrive or depart on different days than their roommates. That, and/or
specify different arrival and departure dates for Guest Shares. Right now,
we are required to manually calculate the split room charges for each guest
based on how many nights a roommate was in the room alone compared to how
many were shared with a roommate, so that the roommate that arrived later
or left earlier does not end up paying for dates they were not in house.

    We do a release every 56 days and based on the needs of all our customers this feature idea will go into our product planning process.
