When creating a reservation for a corporate account, the mailing address, phone number, email, etc. should have an option to auto-fill.

In our latest release 8.20.0.1, that was available for download as of yesterday, includes this requested feature.
For Group, Corporate, or Wholesale reservations, the option will be available to pull in the address. From various discussions, we decided not to pull email or telephone from the account. The reasoning being that for that particular reservation, it is important to get the direct contact information for the guest, in case the property needs to contact the guest.

Is there anyway to have an option to pull the telephone number and email from certain client types or corporate accounts?
We wanted to get it where we could also enter a name into the search field of guest profile and if they hadn’t stayed, import the name typed to the guest info tab so you didn’t have to retype.
In addition, when in the reservation window and you search the guest name from the profile, it should automatically put in the corporate name with their default rate code

Workflow - the way I see it happening, please comment:
1. Making a reservation for a New Guest (existing Guests would already have address on the Guest Profile)
2. If a Corporate/Wholesale/Group selected, there would be a check box to "Use Address from Corporate/Wholesale/Group"
3. Address would populate
We do a release every 45 days, the fastest in the industry, and based on the needs of all our customers this feature idea will go into our product planning process.
