Ideas for RoomKeyPMS

The goal of this portal is to:

  1. Collect your suggestions and ideas on RoomKeyPMS features

  3. Review your ideas when planning the RoomKeyPMS roadmap

Guest Profile Search On The Fly During Reservation Process

As a new reservation form is opened, search selected fields in Guest Profile database as you type, so previous guests can be identified quickly by phone number or last name and new reservations can easily be attached to the existing profile. Having to ask if they've stayed, then begin the reservation through the Guest Profile module is far too cumbersome. Lack of this makes the guest profile database's value very hard to utilize.

    This would speed up the reservation process immensely! Would love to see this!
