Ideas for RoomKeyPMS

The goal of this portal is to:

  1. Collect your suggestions and ideas on RoomKeyPMS features
  2. To better understand your priorities   
  3. Review your ideas when planning the RoomKeyPMS roadmap  
  4. Update you on the features being considered and implemented in future releases

Allow Multi Room Reservations via Synxis GDS Interface

Currently when a Multi Room Reservation is booked via Synxis it does not get processed and therefore needs to be entered manually into RoomKey.  The only option to avoid this is to disable multi-room booking within Synxis which means the guest needs to enter their information multiple times in order to complete multiple bookings.  Currently Sabre is upgrading all of our booking engines to have a shopping cart feature so guests can book multiple rooms (I am assuming this is an issue with the BE multi room booking too). This could turn into more of an issue if this feature is not available.
