Ideas for RoomKeyPMS

The goal of this portal is to:

  1. Collect your suggestions and ideas on RoomKeyPMS features

  3. Review your ideas when planning the RoomKeyPMS roadmap

Add Room Type to Advance Search

Adding room type to Advanced Search will make it easier for desk agents for quick overviews. Sometimes guests just want to confirm their room types, but only have a confirmation from the booking entity. In which case, you have to look them up anyway and this would make it simple. Also, sometimes hotels have to adjust their inventory and it would make it easier to see which reservations can be moved around without having to access each reservation individually.

    I absolutely agree that we need more information in the advanced search, like rate, room type, source of business.

    We do a release every 56 days and based on the needs of all our customers this feature idea will go into our product planning process.
