Our previous practice is we generate one month invoices of city ledger account in a file for each customer and email it out. It is very convenient and time and cost saving. But now we are using Roomkey PMS, it could not do the same thing. I only can do is choosing to print all the invoices. When I choose it, one thing drives me crazy which is I have to click one by one "print" icon. You can imagine that some of customer may have over two hundreds invoices a month and then I have to click over two hundreds times "print " icon. And also it can not choose print both side. It spends a lot of papers. I would highly recommend your technical support help to solve this issues. Thanks.
