Ideas for RoomKeyPMS

The goal of this portal is to:

  1. Collect your suggestions and ideas on RoomKeyPMS features
  2. To better understand your priorities   
  3. Review your ideas when planning the RoomKeyPMS roadmap  
  4. Update you on the features being considered and implemented in future releases

Room tiering should be offered in percentages

Being a seasonally property, we are very busy throughout the summer and our suites are the first to go. Well if we were able to tiering our rooms by percentage in instead of dollar amount we would get the most out of our suites when they are at high demand. We currently have to change the tiering for summer only and change it back in the summer because its at the dollar amount.

    I was not talking about rate tiering. I am referring to room types and the price difference between them.

    Example: Suite should be 40% higher than our King room .

    Currently: Our suites are $60 more but we would like the option have a percentage difference.

    Currently the Tiering function allows you to Tier based on % or $.

    Go to Help Menu => choose RoomKey Smart Support => search for "How to use Rate Tiering"
