Ideas for RoomKeyPMS

The goal of this portal is to:

  1. Collect your suggestions and ideas on RoomKeyPMS features
  2. To better understand your priorities   
  3. Review your ideas when planning the RoomKeyPMS roadmap  
  4. Update you on the features being considered and implemented in future releases

A drop down list of Special requests ie: allergies, wheel chair, etc. above the comments section when a guest books online.

As it stands currently, we need to call our web bookings back to gather this information. We feel in 2018, this is of huge importance with the level of allergies and the need for inclusivity.  It also increases our labour costing to have to call back every single web booking. This info is important to every hotel that offer food whether it's room service, restaurant or in room treats. Liability issues is something no one wants to have to deal with. Our guests come to our hotel because of the food. I'm sure there are others like us in the same boat.
