This would be very useful when creating guest bookings that we would be able to advise guest of local events they may wish to partake in
Helpful when creating bookings where there is a local event on that may generate a discount for partisipants, or a wedding where guests receive a discount
For people wishing to book some time in advance that we are aware if there is an event of that may interfere with that booking or the guests plans
When a guest wishes to move a booking to a following weekend we would be able to see immediately if there was any events, holidays etc that would need to be taken into consideration
Guest who wish to book "the second week of school holidays, but I dont know the date" it would save guests waiting unduly while we look up holiday dates, which vary from state to state
Able to advise guests of local observances when they book even if it is 6 months in advance
Be able to pinpoint potentially busy times at a glance and monitor them
Unfortunately F12 only shows you how many rooms are booked, it doesnt tell you why eg, conference on in the area ths weekend all venus likely to be booked out or its only a passing bus and we can refer you to another of our own venus.
Would save staff and guests time by not having to look through a big long list of dates for a particular upcomming event or having to call a guest back if you find they wanted to attend a particular event and have booked the wrong date (it would be identified immediately) and provide the customer with a faster and more streamlined booking experience from knowledgable staff.
Save time, Save money, increased efficiency, improved customer experience.
