Ideas for RoomKeyPMS

The goal of this portal is to:

  1. Collect your suggestions and ideas on RoomKeyPMS features
  2. To better understand your priorities   
  3. Review your ideas when planning the RoomKeyPMS roadmap  
  4. Update you on the features being considered and implemented in future releases

Note: Ideas submitted to this portal are for collaboration and brainstorm for future releases.  This portal is monitored but it not to be utilized as a support ticket system.  We will facilitate a professional code of conduct to create meaningful discussion around product development. Guest Notes

Guest notes should pull in their entirety for all guest related reports (by clicking a box to select notes).  This would be essential have guest notes in their entirety on an arrival report featuring dates of stay, rate code, rate, guest name, room type, res id, number of guests, etc.

    Thank you for your suggestion to our Ideas portal!

    Go to Reports => Reservations => Print Guest Notes, this does not give all the data fields you are looking for but it does give all notes, in their entirety, for each reservation.

    We do a release every 45 days, the fastest in the industry, and based on the needs of all our customers this feature idea will go into our product planning process
